The promotion of science and technology plays a prominent role in India creating excellent and contributing to the outstanding competitiveness of Indian Industries worldwide.
The degree programs running in the college are properly organized considering the need and competition faced by Indian industries in world market. Particular emphasis is being given to necessary infrastructure and the essential requirements needed for modernization of laboratories for maintaining competitiveness.
With a vision to help manifest the potential of present youth to become productive human resource of the society Deen Dayal Krishi Avam Gramin Proudyogiki Vikas Sansthan embarked upon setting up a center of learning for value added education for the youth. After successfully launching Colleges of Pharmacy - Degree and Diploma, College of Education, College of Physical Education IPS has made its mark in the field of Professional Education by setting up the College of Technology and Management in the year 2007. |

| Class room teaching is through discussions, supervised study and seminars by pupil-teachers. Tutorials facilities are provided to weak students. Group discussion helps in developing communication skills and building confidence. Attending weekly seminars is compulsory to all pupils and teachers. |

| Co-curricular Activities |
|
Co-curricular activities are an integral part of our education. The Colleges has planned many activities for this purpose:
- Social service projects - Students provide information about literacy campaign, sanitation awareness, family planning etc. to provide help to weaker sections
- Work experience through participating in community projects for which we have adopted two villages Naya Gaon and Bela Gaun up to year 2007
- Debate, speech competitions and different national days and festivals are celebrated to develop the all round personality for the students
- Students of B. Ed. participate in plantation to improve the environment by reducing pollution
