Rules & Regulations
Rules for the event:-
1.Participation is open to all.
2.There will be two rounds.
3.Theme will be given on the spot.
4.There will be two rounds of 30 minute each.
5.In the first round 15 minutes will be given to browse photos online and then 15 minutes will be given to make the collage in the given software.
6.Five candidates will be selected from the first round. Theme will be changed for second round.
7.In the second round 15 minutes will be given to browse photos online and then 15 minutes will be given to make the collage in the given software.
8.Candidates will have to explain the thought behind creation of collage and then the best collage will be declared as winner.
9.In case of not following any rule, the participant will be disqualified on spot.
10.Judges decision Shall be final.
