Structo

Truss will be kept in between two chair or stools,keeping in mind that the gap between the stools will be 20cm or more than that.Then load will be applid upside down with the help of the iron treads which will be tied at the four side of the truss by making along loop and another side there will be a flat wooden board where the load will be placed. Truss which can bear the more loads without failing will be declared as the winner of the competition.

Rules & Regulations

  • There will be two rounds.
  • Round 1: Teams shall be provided with 150 pop sticks,20mg fevicol bottle and 3 hours of time including 1 hour of drying of structure. They have to create a helipad using the given material .
  • The team which can bear maximum point load on their structure will be selected to next round.
  • Round 2:Teams will be given 60 blocks of (2x2x10) dimension and 60 blocks of (1x1x10) dimension made of wood and 30 minutes of time.Teams have to make tallest structure with this block without using any adhesive.
  • The structure with maximum height and stability will be the winner.
