MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the practice of paying focused, non-judgemental attention to the present moment. It involves being aware of your thoughts, feelings and the surrounding environments without trying to change or judge them. The goal is cultivate a state of awareness and acceptance which can reduce stress, improve emotional regulance and enhance overall well-being.

Advice: All participants should approach this competition as a tool for personal growth and practice mindfulness rather than viewing it as a competition.

Rules & Regulations

  • This comptetion is open to all college and school students.
  • Participants have to register in advance by paying Registration fee Rs.150/-
  • The comptetion will consist of three rounds.
    Round 1- Elimination round
    Round 2- Silent Mindfulness
    Round 3- Mindfull Journaling
  • Participants can bring their all their mats but they are not allowed bring any device that can interfer with mindfulness
  • No talking or laughing allowed, it can disqualify
  • Location will be silent zone
  • Judges will score each round from 1 to 10. Participant with highest combined score will declared winner
  • Participants must bring their College/School ID.
