Mindfulness is the practice of paying focused, non-judgemental attention to the present moment. It involves being aware of your thoughts, feelings and the surrounding environments without trying to change or judge them. The goal is cultivate a state of awareness and acceptance which can reduce stress, improve emotional regulance and enhance overall well-being.
