"PAHAL" - The IPS Student Leadership Club

The ability to work effectively with others is one of the key competencies that graduate recruiters prioritize today. So it is important for a graduate to complement leadership potential with a skill of thriving in a team. Good team working skills can be developed through extra-curricular activities and work experience.

Thus to fortify the professional education with excellent leadership skills, team work and innovative thinking IPS Group has established "PAHAL" - - The IPS Student Leadership Club. The student members of this club work towards developing community, supporting education and fostering innovation in all possible means.

In order to run the activities the club conducts various fund-raising activities like handicraft haat, fun and fast-food fair and music shows

The club members went to all the villages adjoining the college premises with the mission to create awareness among the rural people about need of education, health, community hygiene and cleanliness as well as to tap the talent and potential among the children in these villages.

In order to understand the innovative education patterns, the mentor of PAHAL along with one of the student member went to attend a three-day workshop "SAMVAAD" organized at Pune, Maharashtra.
