Any Program’s outcome exhibits certain set of standardized processes, knowledge base, delivery methods, monitoring, analysing and improving the quality of a person or system. The student teachers’ course is designed to enrich the teacher student with the above traits after completion of the programme.The point wise details are given below. On successful completion of the two-year B.Ed./ M.Ed. programme , pupil teachers will be able to develop
1. Teaching : After completion of course pupil- teacher will be able to deliver meaningful learning experiences to all students by integrating their knowledge of content, pedagogy and develop learning environment in an interesting way. They can also apply their teaching skills to deal with classroom problems. They can use learner-centered teaching methods and different paradigm shift in conceptualizing disciplinary knowledge in school curriculum, necessary competencies for organizing learning experiences, select and use of appropriate assessment strategies for facilitating learning.
2. Professional Responsibilities for School and Community and self-renewal: Graduates will demonstrate teacher leadership by facilitating school, family and community connections, maintaining an environment that fosters student learning, and demonstrate a commitment to ethical and equitable behavior. They will also demonstrate their commitment to continuous self-improvement by engaging in professional learning, collaborative practice with colleagues, reflection on practice, and investigation of ideas to improve teaching and learning that contribute to the renewal of the teaching profession.
3.Integration of ICT in Education: Transform the educational landscape by providing digital technology ,communication tools and/or access manage ,integrate. evaluate and create information in order to function in a knowledge society.
4. Improve Critical Thinking: Analysis of Curriculum, construction of blue print, selecting appropriate teaching strategies according to needs of students and conducting action research to solve classroom problems.
5. Effective Communication: Organize seminars and workshops before peer students and teachers and practicing communication skills through various linguistic activities and applying it for better classroom communication.
6.Team Work: Enable to work as a member or leader in diverse teams and in multi-disciplinary settings by following the principles of collaborative learning, cooperative learning and team teaching.
7.Content Analysis: Graduates will analyze the text-books and syllabus.
