I am extremely happy to welcome you to IPS College of Technology & Management, Gwalior. IPSCTM was started in the year 2007 with an objective to provide quality education and excellence in ever changing field of science and technology. Technology is moving at a very fast pace. What was the breakthrough yesterday is obsolete today. This has made it imperative that future technocrats must be familiar not only with technical skills but also with the technology of tomorrow.

The biggest challenge faced by the educators today is to prepare students for the challenges of a globalised world. The students today face a world that continuously demands new knowledge and abilities; a world that requires the students to become adaptable, life-long learners in an ever-changing scenario of new skills and competencies. They also need to be good communicators, be able to relate well with other people and to think critically and creatively. IPSCTM is committed to imparting these skills. The students will not only learn, but they will learn how to learn, not just in college but beyond as well.

The maxim "survival of the fittest" is more relevant now than ever before. We believe in value based quality education, so that the product of IPSCTM is well received by the industry, public and private sector organization and others. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence and take great pride in the accomplishments of our graduates and the quality of our students.

It gives me immense satisfaction & pleasure that the students of IPSCTM have already made an impact not only in the field of academics but also in co-curricular, cultural as well as sports activities.

I hope young engineers passing from the institute will create difference in Indian and Global scenario.
