IPS Group of Colleges is having a full-fledged Training & Placement cell which is an Integral part of IPS group of Colleges. The cell is well networked with various reputed corporate Houses. With a view to facilitating the process of placement of students the cell conducts following functions:

Functions :-

Organizing specialized programme for students to impart placement related skills & qualities.
Maintaining relevant data of each student and share the same with corporate houses.
Organizing on campus pull campus and off campus drive by inviting the Industries.
Organizing Educational tour and exposure visit to Industries.
Organizing Internship programme for the students in various Industrial units.

Training related activities:-

Designing comprehensive training programme to sharpen the knowledge base and skill set of the students so that they are ready to join the cooperate world.
Enhance communication skill of the students.
Promote self assertion and self confidence in the students.
Organize specialized training to impart Industry specific skills.
Develop soft skills and aptitude demanded in the Industrial environment.

Unique initiative:-

Invite experts from Industries, IITS, NITS for motivational talk and professional career Building inputs.
Institute has signed a MOU with M/S SNS a US based company (SNS systems) to open a work centre where students get the opportunity to work on live project under the terms of MOU.
SNS provide the students assignments and on the basis of performance offers stipend.
The students get the opportunity to learn while working on live projects and earn some incentive money. If proved work while the students can get observed often the Internship.
Various specialized training organized with the help of external resource persons.
