She is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Management of Institute of Professional Studies, Gwalior. She is graduated in Commerce in 2007 and also done Bed in 2015 from I.C College for Women, MDU (Rohtak). He has in all 24 years of experience in Corporate industry and Education field of Teaching and Administration. He is also PhD guide in NIILM university, Kaithal, Haryana. He worked at the capacity of Head of the Department and Associate Professor for almost 6 years at Haryana College of Technology and Management, Kaithal, Haryana. Before that he started his career in management education with visiting Faculty at Prestige Institute of Management & Research, Gwalior, R.G.V.T college, Gwalior, Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management, Gwalior, School of studies commerce and Management, Gwalior. Beside this he has worked with faculty Management with ICFAI , jhansi. He has also completed Faculty Training Programme at ICFAI, Hyderabad . Ms. Aayushi Gupta holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, IPS College of Technology and Management, Gwalior. She embarked on her academic journey by completing Bachelor of Commerce from CSJM University, Kanpur laying a strong foundation in the field of Commerce and Management. Continuing her academic journey she completed her MBA from Amity University, Noida. She has qualified the UGC NET in 2025 June. She has also qualified the Company Secratary Executive Examination and planning to Successfully Complete her the journey of the Company Secratary. Previously she has worked with Indus Valley Partner as Operation Associate working on client onboarding and product training. She is committed in bridging the gap between the academic and real life industry experience. She is also a certified CSR professional and also have various certifications in different financial concepts.

Dr. Sanjeev Khare has Completed Post Doctoral Fellow SOS in Management Jiwaji University Gwalior in 2022. He obtained his Ph.d degree in Management from Jiwaji University Gwalior in the year of 2016. He has 10 year of teaching experience & 8 years of research experience. He has completed Faculty Development Programme from IIM Indore. He has published more than 20 research papers in National and International Journals. He has presented more than 40 research paper in National and International Conference & Seminars. He has attended more than 10 National Research Methodology workshops from IIT, IIM, & BHU. His area of specialization is Marketing & HR. Mr. Sandeep Bhadoria served as Assistant Professor at Shriram Group of Colleges for around a year. Mr. Sandeep Bhadoria holds an MBA from ITM University (Gwalior), where he was awarded the Gold Medal for his outstanding academic performance.
